Our Mission

"The mission of the Union Presbyterian Church is to expand and enhance our ministry of service, education, and dynamic worship that is spiritually alive and inclusive of all."

In addition to providing meaningful worship and Christian education for both children and adults, we strive to put our faith into action by supporting a variety of missions - locally, nationally, and internationally. UPC partners with The Presbyterian Church USA and John Knox Presbytery. Some of the support we offer is long-term, while other support is short-term. Our church's Session approves missions that we support on a yearly basis.

Holy Week Schedule

Holy Week Schedule:

3/29 –    Maundy Thursday Worship -  Our Maundy Thursday soup supper and  communion service will begin as one event at 6:30 p.m. in Fellowship Hall.  We will celebrate communion around the tables prior to sharing the meal. (There will not be a separate service in the sanctuary.) If you do not wish to eat the soup supper, feel free to bring your own dinner, or simply join in fellowship as others eat.  After supper, we will remain in the Fellowship Hall for a Tenebrae service based on the Desertion of the Disciples.

4/1 – Easter Brunch begins at 8:30 a.m. and we’ll have an Easter egg hunt at 9:15 a.m. Be sure to bring your friends!  Easter worship, with communion, begins at 10:00 a.m. Come and celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ! All are invited to attend and share while being reminded of our common journey through worship.
